I have placed an order, but want to change or cancel my order. How do I do that?
Have you placed your order, but do you still want to change or cancel it? Then contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to adjust your order if this is still possible. Have you already received a shipping confirmation? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes or cancel.

* Credit card: We accept all Visa and Mastercards. Payments are safe thanks to 3D secure.
* Bancontact: For our Belgian customers we offer the possibility to pay via Bancontact.
* Pay afterwards: Pay for your order within 30 days via Klarna. Please note that €2.95 in transaction costs will be charged. Is this option not available? Then choose another payment method. Why can't I choose 'Pay afterwards'? If you choose 'Pay afterwards', your credit application will be assessed by Klarna. It is possible that your application will not be approved, which means that the 'Pay afterwards' option is not available. You can find more information about this on the Klarna website.
You can return your order within 60 days of receipt. Use our return portal to register your return. The item must be returned unwashed, unused and in its original packaging.
Return costs are €4.95. If you paid shipping costs with your order and you return the entire order, you will receive the paid shipping costs back.
Exchanging items is not possible directly through us. We advise you to return the item and then place a new order. The same return conditions apply to exchanging.

If you are not satisfied with the handling, you can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague, or via the European ODR Platform.
All items on our website have a legal guarantee. This means that you are entitled to a good product. Some items also have a factory guarantee, which does not replace the legal guarantee. In the event of a defective product, we offer a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund of the purchase price.
